Transporeon is our partner for provision of visibility services. We disclose personal data of users to Transporeon in order to provide you with a full scope of visibility services and enhance security of the services. For this purpose, we also share the required user data to create user accounts on the transportation management platform operated by Transporeon to enable a continued access to Transporeon Visibility Hub. Transporeon may request your users to create a user password for such account. The legal basis for such disclosure is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the purposes mentioned above.
Intercom is our support & ticketing tool available in our user application. When a user uses our application, Intercom stores the web addresses they visit in the application. This helps us determine which page or route in our application triggered a request by the user. Further, we may use Intercom to facilitate communication on operational and transactional matters with our users. For this purpose, we share the user’s email address with Intercom. The legal basis for such disclosure is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the purpose mentioned above.
Mixpanel helps us gather collective usage data across our user applications. We collect business logic based events and aspects of the users’ devices (browser, screen resolution, language etc.) This is used to understand product usage & where to focus improvements.
Inspectlet displays user navigation on the screen. We use it occasionally to evaluate and understand how easy it is to use Sixfold. This helps us determine what kind of improvements we need in our product.
Firebase is our tracking tool for the App on mobile phones. When a user downloads and uses our application on their phone, firebase analyses the performance and usage of the app. This helps us to prevent and solve unexpected behaviour to ensure a seamless experience.
Google Analytics is our tracking tool in order to constantly improve and optimize our offer.
Facebook Pixel allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficiency of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remains anonymous.
