Office Manager

Millions of truckloads of heavy freight gets carried around Europe every day — in an inefficient, costly and polluting way. This is one of the last undisrupted industries. We remove this inefficiency with novel technology.

Sixfold is a big data platform for logistics. Our founding team’s past experience includes building and launching Skype, Taxify, Teleport & Voog as well as consulting Fortune 500 companies at McKinsey. We have partnered with TPG, a leading global investment firm — think Airbnb, Spotify, Uber.

We are looking for a Office Manager, who’ll help us in our everyday work life. You will be working at our Tallinn office, but also cover needs of our Tartu and international teams. Plan to visit our Tartu office every few weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Being in charge of the wellbeing at our offices
  • Organising travels for the team, company events, etc.
  • Arranging documents for (financial) reporting
  • Ordering & managing equipment, as well as stocking up stationery
  • Proactively helping colleagues out with their work-related problems

Skills and qualifications

  • Good grasp of general business functions — workflows, processes, financing, HR, etc
  • Proactive, managerial, entrepreneurial, orderly, structured, attention to detail
  • Friendly, open, helpful, happy, active
  • Enjoy helping other people out
