What's this challenge about?
You are responsible for the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing and talent attraction up until onboarding our new joiners. You will be helping us find talented people to join our technical or business operations teams in Estonia and Austria. In addition to sourcing, technical candidate management and recruitment admin tasks, you will be making sure that candidates have a uniquely positive experience throughout the whole process. You work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the organization’s needs and priorities. You leverage data to help drive processes and build insights, you understand why data is important and use it to develop and improve. Last but not least, you provide insights and help the team with employer branding efforts, to make sure Sixfold is well-known in the market.
